1. Operational Scope & Service Model

HLP Data ("we", "us", or "our") operates as an independent data engineering studio providing bespoke web data extraction, structured alternative data feeds, and recurring data pipelines for commercial analytics, hedge funds, and enterprise business intelligence.

2. 100% Public Data Sourcing Standard

HLP Data exclusively extracts and compiles facts, figures, and listings that are freely and publicly available on the open web. We do NOT:

Circumvent paywalls, subscription access gates, or private user credentials.
Access non-public backends, unauthorized internal APIs, or confidential databases.
Collect data behind private user authentication.

3. Strict Zero-PII Policy (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

We strictly adhere to global privacy regulations including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Zero Personally Identifiable Information Guarantee:

Our extraction schemas (e.g. REAL-ESTATE-BASIC, GROCERY-PLP, FASHION-PDP) contain exclusively commercial and aggregate data: product titles, stock codes, pricing, specs, geocodes, and dimensions. We do not extract, store, or redistribute personal emails, telephone numbers, private identity records, or individual consumer profiles.

4. Ethical Crawling & Server Respect

Our automated ingestion engines are engineered for zero-impact crawling:

Artificial Jitter & Delay: Requests maintain pacing intervals between 1.0s and 3.0s to avoid placing resource strain on origin servers.
Zero DDoS Footprint: Strict concurrency caps prevent traffic spikes or performance degradation on target websites.
Clean Architecture: We do not inject persistent trackers, invasive scripts, or malicious payloads into target domains.

5. Commercial Delivery & Licensing

Datasets provided through bespoke contracts or marketplace platforms (e.g., S3 push delivery, CSV, JSON feeds) are delivered for the purchaser's internal market intelligence, research, benchmarking, and analytical use. Redistribution or re-licensing rights are governed by individual bespoke service contracts.
